SkipIt Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SkipIt! By accessing or using SkipIt’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. SkipIt is a subscription platform designed to enhance your YouTube experience by automatically skipping ad integrations and sponsored segments across all platforms. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Subscription and Payments

SkipIt offers two subscription plans:
  • Monthly Plan: $5 per month, granting full access to premium features including automatic skipping of ads and sponsored content.
  • Free Trial Plan: 4 days for free, providing temporary access to all premium features. Once the trial expires, users can upgrade to the monthly plan.
All payments for the Monthly Plan are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to abide by Stripe’s terms and conditions in addition to those of SkipIt. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan. Once you activate a subscription, you cannot return to the Free Trial Plan. By providing your payment information, you authorize SkipIt to charge the subscription fees to your provided payment method.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial use or unused periods of a subscription.

4. Privacy and Cookies

SkipIt is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and store cookies solely for the purpose of managing your login sessions and ensuring a smooth experience with our platform. We do not track or store additional browsing data. Our use of cookies is compliant with applicable data protection laws. 5. Platform Limitations

SkipIt works exclusively with the standard YouTube platform. Our service is not designed to function with YouTube Kids, and we do not support or provide functionality for that platform. We reserve the right to limit the service to specific platforms or regions as needed.

6. Use of the Service

You may use SkipIt solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, such as sharing your account or tampering with the service, is prohibited. SkipIt cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in detecting and skipping ads or sponsored segments, and performance may vary based on video content.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkipIt is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any interruptions caused by external factors such as changes in YouTube's policies or platform structure. In no event shall SkipIt be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
